Description:
The large-scale reconstruction of the exterior spaces in front of Entrances A, B, and C of Building 8 in Business Park Sofia is a project that demonstrates our full engineering and logistical capacity. The assignment required a complete transformation of the outdated infrastructure into a modern, green, and highly functional corporate recreation area.
Executing heavy construction processes in the heart of a functioning Class A business park demanded flawless organization. We managed complex machinery (excavators and heavy-duty mobile cranes for high-altitude logistics) to carry out demolition and concrete works safely. The final result is a premium exterior space combining natural materials, smart irrigation systems, and striking architectural lighting.
Services Provided:
- Demolition & Heavy Machinery: Mechanical breaking and removal of old concrete planters and worn-out paving. Management of heavy lifting equipment (mobile cranes) for the logistics of construction materials and debris without disrupting the daily rhythm of the business park.
- Reinforced Concrete & Waterproofing: Construction of massive formwork, steel reinforcement, and machine pouring of new concrete foundations and planters. Application of high-grade double waterproofing to protect the structures from weather conditions.
- Exterior Engineering Installations: Complete construction of a new drainage network. Design and integration of an automated drip irrigation system for the exterior landscaping.
- Premium Claddings & Park Environment: Cladding the concrete planters with highly durable facade WPC decking and installing revision hatches. Laying natural granite paving and sills. Equipping the space with park furniture, umbrellas, and integrated exterior night LED lighting.
