Description:
The construction of the new high-tech center for the global satellite communications company Gilat (RaySat) is a large-scale project currently in active execution. This facility perfectly illustrates our expertise in the most demanding segment of corporate construction – the complete transformation of a raw industrial base into a modern, intelligent workspace.
We share behind-the-scenes footage directly from the construction site to demonstrate the scale of the structural changes and the organization of our operations. The main challenge here involves high-altitude interior work, building massive new geometry through drywall construction, and preparing the hall for the integration of highly complex engineering and IT installations.
Services Provided:
- Industrial Renovation & Logistics: Preparation of the existing reinforced concrete structure for a complete transformation. Strict site organization and management of large-scale deliveries of bulky materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- High-Altitude Drywall Construction: High-elevation work using specialized scaffolding. Design and erection of heavy-duty metal stud framing for massive drywall partition walls, zoning the vast open-space hall.
- Structural Zoning: Geometric reshaping of the industrial hall to establish future specialized zones – high-tech laboratories, server rooms, conference blocks, and relaxation areas.
- Engineering Systems Preparation: Establishing pathways and structural reinforcements to support future heavy industrial HVAC (ventilation) systems and specialized cabling critical to the tech giant’s operations.
