The Lighthouse Golf & Spa project over the town of Balchik has been planned since 2018. After meeting with investors, it was decided that the last floor of the 5 star hotel of the complex should be built as standalone ultra luxury penthouse apartments.
The project started at the end of February 2019 and lasted 5 months until the official opening with a night party on 18 July 2019.
The construction site was found in a rough construction line: concrete slab, channel and water outlets, quality Schuco joinery installed on the facade.
In the process of construction were constructed in order of execution: floor putty, a completely new plumbing installation with two independent sources of hot water – connection with the boiler room to the hotel and boiler compartment (consisting of 4 boilers of 200l) and recirculation of the system. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms of DEVI with bedroom control and sound system with touch screen and bluetooth and three columns distributed in specially selected places in the ceiling of the bathroom and toilet. HVAC and Electro were built in parallel. Two chillers from China were ordered for the Climate System with 36 pcs. indoor fixtures, pipework, ducts, valves, reducers and grilles. For the electrical installation, which includes a new floor panel, individual electrical panels for each apartment, several types of lighting – ambient LED ceiling lighting, main lighting with freckles on the ceiling and chandelier hanging and standing, and for the terraces 6 different types of pool lights , facade, etc.
Also interesting are the built-in 65″ Sony 13-frame TVs with gold bezel and specially built ventilated niches to hide the communication cables and TV stand. A SCS system with a small rack cabinet was also built, which serves the connection with the reception of future clients, television via Internet and coaxial cable, wireless internet via Access Points in the ceiling, cameras. Walls and ceilings (figures in the ceiling – a circle in the lobby with D = 13.2 lm and ovals and figures in the bedrooms) were constructed of plasterboard; different decorative moldings of ceiling and walls were installed and after the painting with quality paint the effect is noticeable.
Two types of flooring delivered and laid: these are natural and expensive stone from Indonesia in three colors for common areas, living room, baths and toilets and natural three-layer parquet for living room, dining room, sleeping quarters and “cake cherry” natural ultra-luxurious exotic teak flooring for one of the bathrooms. In the same bathroom, the shower floor is also filled with teak grills. And in the living room of this particular apartment lies something very beautiful – a wall mounted on a wall of a massive piece of ONYX book matched 340/280 centimeters. You can find its beauty in the evening when you light the dimmable 4 LED panels hidden behind the stone.
Some of the furniture was purchased and shipped from Indonesia, others from Sofia.
The project ended with the installation of countless lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, furniture, carpets, curtains (specially built with electric motorization and remote controls), sinks, faucets, bath accessories and more.
We celebrated the well done job with a crazy evening party on one of the terraces by the pool.
